By submitting the online form, the exhibitor agrees to the following terms:
1) Event: In consideration of the receipt of the Exhibitor Fee, Propel Media Events will plan, coordinate, and pay the expenses required to produce a media event to be held May 19, 2010 in New York, NY. Time and date are subject to change at Propel Media Event’s discretion.
2) Exhibitor Fee: Sponsor will pay one exhibitor fee from below- Please indicate which one
( ) $1,500 U.S Dollars for Standard Space (20% OFF before February 14th,2010)
( ) $2,100 U.S Dollars for Premium Space (20% OFF before February 14th,2010)
( ) $3,500 U.S Dollars for Show Sponsorship (20% OFF before February 14th,2010)\
Exibitor Fee must be paid in full 60 days or less after signing contract, but no later than May 18, 2010, the deadline for all payment, whichever date is earliest. If Sponsorship Fee is received after May 18, 2010, the deadline, there is no guarantee of participation in the event. Sponsorship fees are fees for exhibiting at the event, additional fees may be charged for use of computer equipment, shipping costs, travel arrangements, support services, telephony services or display devices.
3) Event Attendees: The maximum number of representatives who may attend on the behalf of your company is two (2) for Standard space, four (4) for Premium space and six (6) for Show Sponsorships.
4) Cancellation: If the exhibitor withdraws from the Event at any time prior to May 1, 2010, Propel Media Events shall be paid 50% of Fee and refund the balance of the Fee. There will be no refund for withdrawal after May 1, 2010. If the event is canceled for any reason beyond reasonable control of Propel Media Events, such as but not limited to, labor strikes, terrorism, earthquakes, accidents, storms, acts of God, etc, Propel Media Events will be paid 50% of the Fee to defray costs and refund the balance of the fee without further liability.
5) Loss, Theft or Damage: Provided no willful misconduct, Propel Media Events is not liable or responsible for loss, damage or theft of Exhibitor’s products or equipment at the event or in transit. 6) Agreement: This entire agreement supercedes all previous agreements between the parties and shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
